Peek-a-Boo...who are you?

Sept. 25, 2010...We should be entering the final stretch...within six months we should be receiving the referral of our new daughter and we will know who she is, what she looks like and if she has a sibling to join her other siblings here. This picture is one I have had hanging on the inside of a cupboard door in our kitchen since we began this process. The quote up top is so very true. We are in the process of updating our homestudy so we can extend our I 600A before it expires in November. Lots of paperwork and lots of hassle. I love to look at this sweet face hidden from view and picture our daughter and think about God just waiting until the right time to reveal her to us. We are getting a bit more excited here again as our time should be drawing nearer. We trust God's perfect plan and that has been an anchor sure and steady as the waves of instability and change swirled all around our agency and the Ethiopia program. The assurance that He has called us to where we are and knows exactly where we are going brings such peace. So, we thank you all for all the prayers and always checking in with "Is there anything new on your adoption?". We can't wait to share our joy and news with you when the time finally arrives. Please keep our process in your prayers. We are so grateful :)
